Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after submitting your order. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled.

A cancellation request is effective only after customer service confirms that the cancellation has been successfully completed. If the cancellation is successful, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the relevant payment provider.

Order Changes and Delivery Address Updates

If you need to change your order information or delivery address, contact support@example.com as soon as possible within 24 hours after submitting your order.

After 24 hours, changes to products, order details, or delivery addresses are no longer accepted.
