Shopping Information
We offer free shipping for all customers.
“White glove service" refers to a premium service where items are delivered and set up with exceptional care. This typically includes unpacking, assembly, placement in the desired location, and removal of any packaging materials. It is often used for high-end or fragile products to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience.
We will ship your order within 40 to 60 days.
Orders and Returns
We offer a five-year warranty for your product.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us via email at info@bicroom.com as soon as possible. Once the order is ready for shipment, cancellation or changes will no longer be possible.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please review the following guidelines:
- New items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Customized or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
