Shipping Coverage

This shipping policy applies to U.S. delivery addresses that can be selected at checkout and for which shipping rates can be calculated successfully.

If no shipping option is available for an address at checkout, that address is not currently supported.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

The daily order cutoff time is 12:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time.

Transit Time

After dispatch, standard transit time is approximately 10–30 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 11–33 business days, including 1–3 business days for order processing.

Delivery estimates are based on normal circumstances. Extreme weather, carrier congestion, address issues, or events beyond reasonable control may cause delays.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping within the United States: US$9.90.
• Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is US$69 or more.
• Orders with a merchandise subtotal below US$69.90 are charged US$9.90 for standard shipping.

The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost.
