How to return/exchange/refund

If there is an initial defect or a problem occurs within the warranty period, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Return process

● A product defect occurs.

Example: It was broken, the wrong product arrived, there was something missing, etc.↓

●After finalizing the details, the customer will be asked to package and send the items they have.

In that case, the customer will be responsible for preparing and handling the packaging materials. (You may return it to the cardboard box it was delivered in.)

●Once we confirm that the product has been returned to the warehouse, we will process the refund and contact you via email.

*It may take approximately 20 business days from collection to completion of return.
