We cannot accept cancellations or content changes (additions/changes) after the delivery date has been confirmed (after the delivery date confirmation email has been sent). Please be sure to check the details of your order before completing your order.
- We cannot accept cancellations or changes (additions/changes) to made-to-order items or items ordered from overseas after payment has been completed.
For large items, please check the delivery route before placing your order.

Confirmation of cancellation
After the change/cancellation process is completed (or even if we are unable to accept the change/cancellation), we will send you an email. Please check the notification contents.
Regarding the customer support page, please check the URL provided in the automatic email sent after placing your order, or enter your order number (order number) from the customer support page.
If we are unable to deliver the product due to customer circumstances, you will be responsible for the amount equivalent to the round-trip shipping fee.
